Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
Lead and manage Service Now development projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

• Scrum Leadership:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

• Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.

Risk Management:

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.

• Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change logs.

Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in Service Now development.

• Scrum Certification:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.

• Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Service Now platform and its capabilities.
