Roles & Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and content strategy

• Keyword research

• Write compelling copy that converts or compels website visitors to engage

• Facilitate UX sessions and workshops

• Provide consultation on content strategy for intranet and smaller internal ecosystems

• Provide consultation on content strategy for Knowledge Management content

• Support product management, design team members and business stakeholders

• Support other organizations, departments, and teams to create a consistent voice and tone

• Provide services during the following US business hours 8:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST

• Strong collaboration with a cross-functional team to build a scalable knowledge base aligned with client needs, integration techniques incorporating industry standard Service Now workflow
