* Bachelor's degree
* Minimum overall experience of 10+ years in software testing.
* Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Tosca testing tool.
* Leading customer discussions
* Developing test strategies
* Creating and executing test plans
* Managing test teams and overseeing defects lifecycle management.
* Worked with various test tools - TOSCA, Worksoft
* Strong understanding of SAP modules and business processes.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills.
* Excellent communication skills, proven both in relations with teammates, partners, customers, and external stakeholders
* Completed university degree
* Excellent Business Communication Skill
* Good cooperation skills and able to work cross-capability with a mix of internal and external consultants
Must Have
* Strong expertise in manual testing of web applications.
* Proficient in using testing tools such as Tosca, QTest.
* Experience in automation and performance testing.
* Working knowledge of Azure Dev Ops Organization (ADO).
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
* Analyze test automation plans along with execution
* Design and implement Test Automation plan
* Lead team and customer discussion
* Document Test cases functional designs and processes
Base Salary Range : $140,000 to $170,000 Per Annum
