Job Responsibilities

As a Training Specialist, you will:

* Become an expert in AI usage in law firms, including use of prompting, Copilot, ChatGPT and other relevant generative AI software platforms.

* Become an expert in various business and legal-specific software applications, including Microsoft Office, Windows, iManage, Net Documents, Adobe, Nuance, etc.

* Deliver engaging training sessions multiple times per day using virtual communications software, like Zoom, Web Ex, Microsoft Teams and Adobe Connect.

* Work with internal and external partners to develop training outlines and schedules.

* Communicate learner feedback and attendance reports to the client when necessary.

* Maintain an up-beat, professional attitude, despite a potentially repetitive and predictable work environment.

* Assist with various administrative tasks.

* Willingness to travel to deliver onsite training if needed

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Education, English, or another related field

* 1-2 years' experience in corporate training or adult education

* Strong written and oral communications skills

* Experience in public speaking

* Certifications in Microsoft Office and other business-related applications preferred

* Experience training on topics outside of technical training ideal, but not required

* Experience with generative AI is highly desired
