The 1NA WMS Site Readiness & Deployment Lead will play a critical role in enabling successful deployment of the 1NA WMS program across North America. This role is accountable for leading end-to-end site readiness, deployment execution, cutover support, and stabilization to ensure field locations are fully prepared to adopt new WMS processes with minimal disruption to operations.
The position will partner cross-functionally with business teams, IT, training, change management, field leadership, on-site support resources, and external vendors to design and execute scalable readiness, communication, capability-building, and deployment support strategies. This role will drive consistency, adoption, and sustained performance across all deployment waves.
This role is pivotal to delivering program value by ensuring site adoption, workforce readiness, effective cutover execution, strong hypercare support, and a successful transition to sustainment across the North America network.
Responsibilities- Lead the site readiness and deployment workstream for the 1NA WMS program, ensuring alignment to program timelines, deployment milestones, and go-live success criteria.
- Drive location readiness across people, process, and technology through structured assessments, cutover planning, capability validation, and deployment checklists
- Partner with field leadership, IT, change management, training teams, and external vendors to prepare sites for cutover, start-up, hypercare, and stabilization
- Serve as the primary field-facing lead during deployment, coordinating on-site support, issue resolution, and escalating risks through the appropriate command center and program channels
- Lead communication with site leadership and stakeholders before, during, and after go-live to provide clear updates on readiness status, deployment progress, risks, and mitigation actions
- Support execution of business cutover procedures, end-user readiness activities, capability assessments, and on-site support planning to ensure operational continuity
- Drive standardized training, communication, and adoption approaches that enable consistent execution across deployment waves and site types
- Monitor stabilization progress and transition sites to sustainment by reinforcing new ways of working, identifying readiness or adoption gaps, and implementing targeted improvements for future waves
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and provide regular reporting to program leadership on deployment readiness, field issues, lessons learned, and continuous improvement opportunities
- Lead the labor management workstream, including vendor engagement, onboarding, and implementation support
- Ensure alignment of labor management solutions with site operations, workforce planning, and WMS deployment requirements
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,500 - $206,750.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.

- 8–10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, or large-scale system deployment programs
- Strong expertise in site readiness, deployment execution, cutover support, stabilization, training, and change management
- Proven experience leading cross-functional work streams in complex, multi-site deployments with heavy field engagement
- Ability to partner effectively with site leadership, business teams, IT, command center resources, vendors, and on-site support teams to resolve issues and drive adoption
- Strong project management, communication, stakeholder influence, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with WMS, SAP, ERP, or related transformation programs preferred
- Results-oriented leader with strong operational knowledge, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to coach others, build capability, and translate complex program requirements into actionable site-level plans
- Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules in support of deployment waves and site go-live activities
