Overview

Product Analyst to join our dynamic product team. As a Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the organization working with development, client success, support, implementation, sales and clients to solve problems.

Note:

We are not considering candidates who require visa sponsorship for this position. This is a budgetary decision and due to the significant talent available currently who do not require such sponsorship.

Hybrid Work Policy:
The candidate is required to come into the Plano, TX office at least 3x per week.

Responsibilities
  • Involved in every stage of the product management lifecycle and related activities.
  • Researching market problems.
  • Prioritizing problems to solve.
  • Designing solutions to the problems.
  • Delivering solutions to marketing by working closely with an agile development team.
  • Driving adoption of solutions by measuring adoption and usability.
  • Develop empathy for users and understand who the users are.
  • Designs must accommodate the unique requirements of different courts; products should be flexible and extensible.
  • Learn the varying business implications of different court types (Civil, Domestic, Criminal) and how the software is used by clerks, self-represented litigants, and attorneys.
  • Awareness of cloud technology trends and capabilities to support innovation (while not requiring deep cloud expertise).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Management Information Science, or Business. Equivalent work experience may substitute for degree requirement.
  • At least 1 year of experience in software or related experience including documenting client specifications.
  • Experience using Agile SCRUM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle and related methodologies.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills involving the ability to manage multiple work tasks effectively.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills involving written and verbal communication.
  • Basic knowledge of data modeling, relational databases concepts, and SQL queries.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team across functional groups.
  • Ability to be effective in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel occasionally if requested.
  • Required to undergo and satisfactorily pass a fingerprint background check in accordance with CJIS requirements.
