We are seeking a skilled Service Now Administrator with a strong background in Service Now Enterprise Service Management, User Management, and TSM development. The ideal candidate will have 3 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Service Now platforms. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage and optimize Service Now functionalities to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities- Administer and maintain the Service Now platform, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure secure access to the Service Now environment.
- Develop and implement TSM (Technical Service Management) solutions to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Service Now incidents and requests.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest Service Now features and best practices to recommend improvements.
- Assist in the development of training materials and user documentation.
- Proven experience in Service Now Enterprise Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of Service Now administration, including user management and role based access control.
- Experience in TSM development and implementation.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript and knowledge of Service Now APIs.
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service Now Administration certification.
- Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of integration techniques with other enterprise systems.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 5 years of relevant experience in Service Now administration and software development.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
