Strong troubleshooting skills across SQL, Unix, and application layers
Experience supporting batch jobs and production environments
Hands‑on with Splunk, Dynatrace, Auto Sys, and monitoring tools
Exposure to Market Risk systems or Risk Reporting platforms
Comfortable handling incidents, outages, and executive communications
