As a Senior Compensation Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, analyzing, and evolving our global compensation programs. You’ll partner closely with HR, leaders across the business, and cross‑functional teams to create compensation solutions that are competitive, scalable, and aligned to our strategy.

Your primary responsibility will be demonstrating Tyler’s Public Safety solution to prospective clients during the sales process.

This is a player/coach role responsible for both leading a growing product team and serving as the lead Product Manager for the platform. The ideal candidate brings strong Gov Tech experience, a modern product mindset, and the ability to shape a modular platform that functions as a cross‑product citizen experience layer.

Solid development, systems, and automation expertise, working in a full stack environment, and demonstrated experience building fault‑tolerant applications at scale on cloud infrastructure.

Responsible for accurate and timely administration of multi‑state US and Canada payroll. Serves as a subject matter expert, exercises independent judgment in interpreting payroll regulations, establishes procedures, and supports the Payroll Team Lead with complex compliance, audit and system‑related initiatives.

Provides software support for Tyler clients in use, functionality, and understanding of our products. Ensures the timely resolution of easy‑to‑moderate client software issues through data analysis and functionality troubleshooting using multiple development tools, best‑practice communication, team‑coordinated testing, and other available tools for resolving issues.

Drives the adoption and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE at Tyler Technologies. Designs and implements solutions that directly improve how our internal teams engage with clients and manage operations.

Motivated and adaptable entry‑level Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. Contributes to a variety of tasks that drive the successful implementation of our Document Automation solution for our clients.

Oversees successful Tyler Identity configuration, identifies process improvement opportunities, and recommends appropriate solutions to management. Responsible for implementing Tyler  clients in the Tyler SaaS environment with minimal deployment downtime.
