MES Engineer

• Lead end-to-end GE Proficy MES solution delivery from requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Serve as the primary MES subject matter expert for all manufacturing sites and stakeholders.
• Translate business and operational requirements into scalable MES solution designs.
• Define solution architecture, data flows, workflows, and integration patterns with ERP, SCADA/PLC, historians, IoT platforms, and quality systems.
• Work closely with business teams to optimize manufacturing processes through digital solutions:
• Work orders & dispatching
• Production tracking & execution
• Quality management
• Material management & traceability
• OEE and performance reporting
• Lead cross-functional teams of developers, analysts, system integrators, and plant IT resources.
• Manage MES platform roadmaps, upgrades, performance optimization, and governance.
• Ensure alignment with ISA-95, ISA-88, and industry best practices.
• Support incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with automation (OT) teams to ensure seamless integration with shop-floor systems.
• Provide leadership in driving Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, and digital transformation programs.

Salary Range-$100,000-$130,000 a year
