• We are looking for a Guidewire Tester with strong functional testing experience on Guidewire
Policy Center / Claim Center / Billing Center applications. The role involves end-to-end testing of Guidewire transactions, validation of business rules and integrations, and support of Agile delivery teams to ensure high-quality releases.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform functional, system, integration, and regression testing of Guidewire applications
• Test Guidewire transactions such as New Business, Endorsements, Renewals, Cancellations, Reinstatements, FNOL, Claims lifecycle
• Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data
• Validate Guidewire configurations, workflows, business rules, and UI screens
• Log, track, and retest defects using JIRA / ALM
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with business analysts and developers
• Support UAT and release activities
Roles & Responsibilities
• 5 7 years of experience in QA / Manual Testing
• Strong hands-on experience in Guidewire testing (Policy Center / Claim Center / Billing Center)
• Good understanding of P&C Insurance domain
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Test Rail, ALM)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Exposure to test automation (Selenium / Playwright)
• API testing using Postman
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Guidewire Cloud/SaaS exposure
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• High ownership mindset with proactive issue resolution
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
Prior enterprise or BFSI experience preferred

Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000 a year
