Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Services Engineer III to provide remote support for advanced healthcare technology and medical devices. This role supports healthcare professionals, patients, and internal teams by resolving technical issues, reviewing diagnostics, and assisting with device connectivity and usage. The ideal candidate brings strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer focused mindset. This position operates in a regulated healthcare environment and requires accurate documentation and efficient issue resolution.
Candidates with technical support, healthcare support, or medical device experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to healthcare professionals, patients, and field personnel.
- Troubleshoot device performance, connectivity, and operational issues.
- Review diagnostic information and assist users with issue resolution.
- Guide users through device setup, operation, and support procedures.
- Document customer interactions, findings, and resolutions accurately.
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate support teams.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare and quality standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast paced support environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, customer service, medical support, or call center environments requiring troubleshooting.
- Experience providing remote support and resolving technical issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and procedural instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a science related field.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting medical devices, clinical equipment, or healthcare technology.
- Experience working with healthcare providers or patients.
- Knowledge of biomedical equipment, electronics, information technology, or medical technology.
- Exposure to implantable devices, electrophysiology, patient monitoring systems, or related healthcare equipment.
