Job description:

We are seeking a hands-on App Support Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to provide proactive customer support for enterprise-grade applications built on Java, Angular

JS, and AWS
. The role involves triaging and resolving incidents, analyzing system behavior, and coordinating with engineering and Dev Ops teams to ensure high availability and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience in Java application debugging
• Proven ability in triaging
  , analyzing logs, and restoring services
• Exposure to cloud-native microservices and containerized environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Skilled in incident prioritization
  , root cause documentation
  , and post-mortem analysis
• Good understanding of production operations and on-call support models
  
  Nice to Have Skills
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Dev Ops workflows
• Awareness of cloud security and operational best practices
