Job Description Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and IT teams to gather and document business needs, processes, and system requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for system configuration and development.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of eGRC platforms (e.g., Archer, Service Now GRC, Metric Stream) including testing and training.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, conduct gap analyses, and develop process maps and data flow diagrams.
- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities: develop UAT test plans, scripts, and acceptance criteria; facilitate UAT execution with business users; log, track, and resolve defects and issues; ensure stakeholder sign-off and readiness for production deployment.
- Enhance GRC capabilities by analyzing workflows, identifying gaps, and designing technology solutions.
- Bachelor of Computer Science.
Salary Range: $130,000 to $150,000 per year.
