Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary BSA and QA point of contact for the Route One application.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Plan and execute QA testing activities, including functional testing, regression testing, and defect tracking.
- Validate Route One workflows, features, and integrations to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Identify, document, and communicate defects; coordinate with development teams for timely resolution.
- Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business users.
- Provide ongoing application support and troubleshoot issues encountered by dealer users.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, test cases, and test results.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and application performance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with the Route One application (mandatory, preferably as a full-time employee or contractor with Route One).
- Strong understanding of automotive finance processes and dealer workflows.
- Experience in Business Systems Analysis and QA testing methodologies.
- Ability to create clear, concise, and effective test cases and documentation.
- Experience in functional testing, defect tracking, and test execution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting dealer personas, especially for automotive brands such as Toyota/Lexus.
- Prior experience as a BSA or QA Analyst in automotive finance or dealership systems.
- Knowledge of integrations with systems such as Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
