Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Now Developer to join the Service Now Platform Team and support key enterprise initiatives. The role primarily focuses on platform development and enhancements, with a strong emphasis on merger convergence activities and ongoing platform security and compliance.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Work as part of the Service Now Platform Team to design, develop, and implement solutions within the Service Now platform.
  • Support enterprise-level initiatives, including platform integration and convergence efforts related to organizational transformation programs.
  • Contribute to platform consolidation and alignment activities during merger and acquisition transitions.
  • Execute annual Service Now platform vulnerability upgrades and ensure timely patching and version updates.
  • Ensure platform compliance with internal security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Service Now solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Service Now modules, workflows, and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Participate in code reviews, release management, and deployment activities.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Hands‑on experience with Service Now development and administration.
  • Strong understanding of Service Now platform architecture and ITSM processes.
  • Experience in implementing upgrades, patches, and vulnerability fixes.
  • Knowledge of scripting in Service Now (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
  • Experience in integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management.
  • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in large‑scale enterprise transformation or merger/convergence projects.
  • Exposure to Service Now security best practices and compliance frameworks.
  • Service Now certifications (CSA, CAD or equivalent).
