Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer with a strong background in complex systems, ideally within insurance or Fin Tech domains. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in design systems, the ability to work across standalone and bundled products, and present a modern design sensibility through a clear, rational portfolio. While user research is not a primary responsibility, experience in evaluative usability testing or collaboration with research teams is valued.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, user-friendly solutions for complex platforms
• Work across multiple standalone and bundled products, ensuring consistency and coherence
• Apply design systems effectively to maintain UI/UX consistency across digital assets
• Present detailed case studies with problem-solving rationale and process insights
• Leverage research findings to improve product usability and design decisions
• Conduct or collaborate in evaluative usability testing to validate design solutions
• Communicate design ideas and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and developers

• Strong background in designing for complex systems (insurance or Fin Tech preferred)
• Experience working with and applying design systems
• Ability to manage and deliver on projects involving multiple interconnected products

• Clear navigation and structure
• In-depth case studies explaining design thinking and rationale
• Application of user research findings
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Experience with evaluative usability testing
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Background working with user research teams and applying insights

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, UX, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
