Job Description
"8+ overall experience in Testing/Development
"Must be willing to work from the client office a minimum of 3 days per week, with flexibility to work onsite up to 5 days per week based on project needs.
"Minimum 1 2 years of hands-on functional testing experience in:
oSalesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
oSalesforce Loyalty Management
oEnd-to-end integration testing
`"Good understanding of Salesforce Loyalty Management capabilities and associated business processes.
"Experience validating integrations between Salesforce platforms and downstream enterprise applications.
"Strong functional testing experience across web applications, APIs, and integrated retail ecosystems.
"Ability to independently drive testing activities, including test planning, execution, defect management, status reporting, and sign-off.
"Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work directly with Business, Product, and IT teams.
"Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively across multiple vendor teams.
"Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues across multiple systems.
