Role: Sr. Service Now Developer

• Experience in implementation of ITSM solution using industry best practices.
• Experience in development of Service Catalogs.
• Hands‑on development experience of Service Now scripting such as Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, Workflows, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Email Inbound rules.
• Good experience of Service Portal and widget creation.
• Very good experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation.
• Knowledge of Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Knowledge of authentication via OAuth 2.0, certificates and MID Server.
• Experience implementing Service Now projects in domain‑separated instances.
• Experience in implementation on Service Now Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and Orchestration use cases.
• Good knowledge of MID Server installation and management.
• Experience with custom application development.
• Experience with LDAP/Active Directory/SSO implementation.
• Experience with Orchestration use case implementation.

• Worked on Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management.
• Worked on CSM, HRSD, GRC, ITBM.
• Experience in Performance Analytics.
• Design and modification of Service Now Service Portal.
• Review existing setup and provide best‑practice recommendations aligned with OEM.
• Excellent knowledge of Service Now best practices and latest features.
• Experience with HTML coding and Jelly scripting preferred.

• 4‑5+ years of experience with Service Now.
• 7+ years of experience in the IT industry.

• Certified System Administrator.
• CIS‑ITSM, Certified Application Developer.
• ITIL Foundations certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
