We’re partnering with a global automotive technology leader to find an experienced IT Manager who can take ownership of tool deployment, infrastructure operations, and software licensing for their OEM tools division.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead IT operations focused on OEM diagnostic tools and data center deployment
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement with major OEMs and tech partners
• Oversee software licensing, renewals, and compliance
• Build and lead a high-performing team of tool technicians
• Partner with R&D, Ops, and Infrastructure teams for cross-functional projects
• Analyze trends with Power BI to drive uptime and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years in IT infrastructure or systems operations
• 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Experience with OEM tools, VCIs, and automotive diagnostics (MUST)
• Knowledge of data center operations, software licensing, and vendor management
• Strong communication, cross-team collaboration, and problem-solving skills
