Responsibilities
- Banking and financial services experience is preferred
- Ability to define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end‑states, and deliver a CRM solution
- Working knowledge in data migration and integration
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology‑enabled business solutions in client‑facing and team‑leadership roles (e.g. functional lead, work‑stream lead, etc.)
- Write user stories aligning to product capabilities of Financial Service cloud and Experience Cloud
- Hands‑on work on the existing Salesforce implementation
- Lead defining and practical business solutions based on technology; experience leading executive discovery sessions
- Understand requirements (functional and technical) needed to address client needs
- Perform routine administration functions for
- Create documentation (e.g., training, communications, release notes, user stories, test scripts, process flows) associated with Salesforce projects
- Actively coordinate and participate in SIT and UAT
- Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders
- Onsite‑offshore coordination
- Report regular progress on projects
- Testing and training strategies
Bachelor of Computer Science.
Compensation$110,000 to $135,000 per year.
