Senior Manager, Product Design (Individual Contributor)

Location:

Plano, TX (Hybrid; relocation required if not in Dallas area). This role is part of the Refinance team within the Experience Design organization.

We are seeking a designer to lead the creation of an iconic, differentiated end‑to‑end customer experience in Auto Refinance, blending financial integrity with AI‑driven innovation.

As Senior Manager Product Designer you will:

• Co‑create innovative solutions to complex product problems.
• Drive product strategy and influence overall direction.
• Lead and mentor other designers.
• Advise on human‑centered methodologies and data‑based insights.
• Shape design practice, maintain and evolve design systems.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, tech, and business partners.
• Communicate design vision and outcomes to stakeholders.

• At least 6 years of experience in a Product Design role.
• At least 6 years of experience using design and prototyping tools such as Figma.

• At least 8 years of experience in a Product Design role.
• At least 8 years of experience using design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Experience with an established design system.
• Experience collaborating with product, tech and business leaders.
• Experience leading design projects or teams.
• Experience working in heavily regulated, data‑heavy problem spaces.

Location:

Plano, TX – $182,500 - $208,300 annual. Salary ranges vary by location.

Performance‑based incentive compensation may be offered.
