What we’re looking for

· Functional Tester with strong experience in devising End-to-End integration tests and validation of multiple systems under AWS Infrastructure.

· Experience with building automated test suites for Web, Mobile App and API testing using Post Man, Rest Assured

· Proficient in testing Microservices that use REST and gRPC and other high-performance protocol

· Experience in testing, Test benches with Telematics Control Units, Radios and related Server integrations

· Automotive domain Knowledge and experience in testing automotive Connected Services.

· Familiar with preparing and articulating different test methods & approaches to validate service layer applications.

· Proficient in Log Analysis for both server and mobile applications

· Plan approaches and execute efficient iterative regression testing, using mocks and simulators

· Knowledge and experience in supporting and enabling the Automation and Performance teams

· Team player with exceptional collaboration skills and Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams, Dev teams, Managers and stake holders

· Good at issue identification, follow-up, test metrics and reporting

What you’ll be doing

· Prepare the pre-requisites for the upcoming testing.

· Analyze Functional and technical Specs, Sequence flows, Epics, User stories, Use Cases, Wireframes and test Criteria and create detailed Test Cases

· Prepare test plans for test events / Milestones

· Execute scripted and ad-hoc/freeform tests

· Ensure the integrity of test cases in JIRA and transactional updates in backend databases

· Timely updates to JIRA tickets for issue resolution visibility and progress

· Support Triage, defect prioritization, retesting and defect closure

· Support Product Owners with joint test events (customer and suppliers)

· Attend program test events (functional testing)

· Build metrics and graphs for test case execution and defect management

· Review Test plan, schedules, release plans, test case

• Support PROD deployment and drive tests
