- Seeking those with a Systems Engineer/Desktop Engineering background – will be supporting the building of a lab/data center and must have strong experience in both Mac OS and Windows OS
Skills / Experience required:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a systems/desktop engineer position servicing HW/SW and ideally setting up large desktop infrastructures
- Experience in a production environment such as lab/data center is a must
Must have the following technical skillset:
- Advanced Mac and Windows OS troubleshooting.
- Device management tools (JAMF, Intune, SCCM).
- Experience in labs or data centers.
- Knowledge of physical setup and lifecycle management.
- Attention to security and best practices.
- Ideal to have scripting experience and server room experience as well.
- Certifications:
Any relevant IT certifications (e.g., A+, Network+, etc.) are a big plus but not required.
