Business Continuity & Technology Resiliency Lead Associate

Role Overview

As a Business Continuity & Technology Resiliency Lead Associate, you will provide expert advice to team members and lead efforts on anticipating, identifying, responding to, and recovering from short- and long-term disruptions to business processes and critical technology assets.

Lead the team in proactively identifying resiliency risks, delivering actionable insights and implementing measures to sustain continuity and minimize business disruptions.

Implement, update, and follow contingency plans to deal with unexpected emergencies.

• 4 years of experience
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
• Experience in analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data
• Experience identifying measures, or indicators of system performance, and the actions needed to improve or correct performance to achieve desired outcomes

• Experience using SharePoint and Confluence
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (Service Now, Jira Management)
• Skilled in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot)
• Experience using Fusion Risk Management
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) offerings, development, and networking platforms
