Lead TOC Engineer

Overview

We invite talented team members to join the Toyota Financial Services Technology Operations Center as a Lead TOC Engineer. In this role you will govern, care for, and elevate the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to support our technology needs, working with multiple stakeholders across Engineering, Finance, and Audit.

• Act as subject‑matter expert across IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and CMDB/CSDM.
• Own end‑to‑end asset lifecycle and HAM/SAM Pro capabilities.
• Design and build discovery, service mapping, CMDB health, and integrations.
• Deliver Service Now development, including workflows, scripts, APIs, and automation.
• Drive data quality, governance, and audit/compliance readiness.
• Partner across IT, Finance, and Audit to enable cost transparency and optimization.

• 5+ years of Service Now development and administration experience.
• 3+ years in ITAM (HAM/SAM), ITOM, and CMDB/CSDM.
• 2+ years of hands‑on JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and integrations.
• Proven subject‑matter expertise in architecture, process, and governance ownership.
• Experience in automation, asset accuracy, and operational improvements.
• 1+ year of license compliance, audits, and optimization.
• 1+ year of SOX/audit controls and enterprise asset governance experience.
• 1+ year of ITIL/SACM and Agile delivery experience.
• Service Now certifications (CSA, CIS‑ITAM, CIS‑ITOM) are a bonus.
• Must have the right to work in the United States;
