Leads end-to-end QA for Salesforce applications, ensuring quality through manual and automated testing strategies. Designs and implements automation frameworks while validating integrations and business processes. Manages QA teams, drives Agile delivery, and collaborates with stakeholders for successful releases.

Required

Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

Experience in Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning)
Proficiency with automation tools:
Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber
Experience in API testing (REST/SOAP, Postman)
Understanding of QA processes:
Functional, Regression, UAT
Experience with CI/CD & Dev Ops (Jenkins, Git)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
Team leadership & stakeholder management skills
Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder)
Understanding of Apex & Flow
Performance testing experience (JMeter)
Database/SQL knowledge
Integration tools (Mule Soft)
Dev Ops exposure (Azure Dev Ops)
Strong stakeholder communication
Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred

Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)

Experience with cloud testing platforms (Sauce Labs, Browser Stack)
Domain knowledge in Insurance, Banking, CRM

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)

Lead QA team and manage end-to-end testing activities.
Define test strategy, test plans, and automation approach.
Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, and automation testing.
Implement and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium Webdriver IO).
Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Lab, Azure Dev Ops).
Manage defect tracking and reporting using tools like JIRA, qTest.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
Provide test metrics, status reports, and quality insights.
