Position: Risk Management -  Product Manager - Vice President

As a  
** Product Manager in Wholesale Credit Risk** , you will lead the strategy, discovery, and delivery of next-generation products that enable and improve credit risk processes. You will work with cross-functional partners to understand user needs, define a clear product vision, and prioritize a roadmap that delivers value. You will use metrics to guide decisions, support agile delivery, and ensure features are released to specification and on schedule.

You will also help strengthen governance and continuous improvement for the products you own.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

+ Bachelor's degree

** 7 years
** of relevant experience in product management, product development, or a related role

+ Proficiency in process re-engineering or similar process improvement methodologies

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting and editing executive-level communications

+ Demonstrated ability to lead, build consensus, and deliver in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines

+ Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships across functions

+ Intellectual curiosity, initiative, and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

+ Experience using data analysis and metrics to drive product decisions

+ Strong problem-solving and project management skills

+ Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional products, programs, or projects with multiple stakeholders

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience with in a large financial services firm

+ Foundational domain knowledge in credit risk

+ Experience partnering with technology and user experience teams and discussing technical designs

+ Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Agile Practitioner (CSP)
