Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineering Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing scalable AI frameworks on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and integrating advanced AI solutions, including Enterprise ChatGPT. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in data governance and a proven track record in machine learning model architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable AI frameworks on GCP to support enterprise level applications.
- Lead the integration of Enterprise ChatGPT, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
- Oversee the architecture of machine learning models, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards.
- Develop and execute data governance strategies using Atlan to ensure data quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify AI/ML opportunities and drive innovation.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for AI/ML development and deployment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
Mandatory
Skills:
- Proven experience in prompt engineering for ChatGPT.
- Strong expertise in GCP and Big Query.
- Hands on experience with Atlan for data governance.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML programming languages and frameworks.
- Experience in designing and deploying machine learning models.
Preferred
Skills:
- Familiarity with cloud native architectures and microservices.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related role.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in AI/ML initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
