Mainframe Modernization (GC--USC)

Sonsoft, Inc. is a USA based corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.

Proficiency in Legacy Modernization Projects (Re-engineering, Re-Platform, Rationalization or Optimization).

Preferably with experience in IBM, Micro Focus, Compuware or other vendor toolset, Strong knowledge and experience in Mainframe Technologies (COBOL, PL/I, IMS, CICS, REXX, ASSEMBLER, JCL, IMS DB and DB2).

At least 6+ years of experience in Mainframe Technologies including COBOL, PL/I, IMS, CICS, REXX, ASSEMBLER, JCL, IMS DB and DB2.

At least 3+ years of experience in Mainframe Modernization Projects.

At least 3+ years of experience in software development life cycle.

At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture review.

Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

Analytical and communication skills

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
