Will be a part of a team primarily responsible for fixing defects found across our SailPoint Identity IQ installation.

We work in a Kanban Agile methodology so will be assigned Stories and provide updates during Stand Ups and other Agile Ceremonies.

Depending on the issue found and remediation needed, will need to be able to work with teams across the group.

Broad experience across all or most of the Identity IQ platform.

Onboarding, Provisioning, Certifications, Joiner/Leaver/Move, etc.

Preferred but not required skill would be working with Plug Ins for custom feature creation.

We do a very large amount of customizations to out of the box features as well as develop custom features and we support all of it.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Great communication skills (verbal and written).

Be proactive.

Solid understanding of the overall IAM domain.
