Plano, TX (ONSITE) FULL TIME ONLY

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on platform experience of Kubernetes engineering and development.
• 5+ years of experience in working with hybrid infra architectures
• 5+ years of experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Hands on experience with IaaC such as Terraform.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure capacity planning, monitoring, upgrades, IaaC automations using Terraform, Ansible, CICD using Jenkins/Github Actions.
• Understanding of the entire infrastructure lifecycle – Plan, Build, Deploy, and Operate
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders/teams (architecture and infrastructure delivery teams) to ensure consistent solution design and integration.
• Hands on experience with Git Hub Actions, Artifactory/jfrog, python scripting, EKS

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Nutanix environment
• Strong understanding of how to secure AWS environments and meet compliance requirements.
• Certification - AWS Certified Solution Architect.
• Experience with Nutanix Kubernetes Platform (NKP)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with hybrid infra architectures – Strong hands-on experience using AWS Services and Kubernetes engineering and development.
• Onboarding applications to Nutanix Kubernetes Platform (NKP)
• Understanding of Infrastructure capacity planning, monitoring, upgrades, IaaC automations using Terraform, Ansible, CICD using Jenkins/Github Actions.
• Understanding of how to secure AWS environments and meet compliance requirements.
• Work with engineering teams to support the entire infrastructure lifecycle – Plan, Build, Deploy, and Operate
