QA Salesforce & Automation Lead
Lead QA team and manage end-to-end testing activities. Define test strategy, test plans, and automation approach. Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, and automation testing. Implement and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium / Webdriver IO). Expertise in Salesforce application testing. Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / Git Lab / Azure Devops). Manage defect tracking and reporting using tools like JIRA / qTest.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, Business analysts and other stakeholders to ensure quality delivery. Provide test metrics, status reports, and quality insights.
Skills:
Strong experience in Automation. Strong experience in testing Salesforce applications. Automation tools:
Selenium WebdriverIO/Cypress / Playwright. Programming:
Java / JavaScript. API testing. Postman / REST Assured. CI/CD:
Jenkins/Git Lab / Azure Dev Ops. Experience with cloud testing platforms (Sauces / Browser Stack). Domain knowledge in Insurance / Banking/CRM.
