Job Summary:
Individual contributor responsible for delivering observability projects, collaborating with cross-functional IT teams, and improving system stability and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze system issues and recommend reliability-focused solutions.
- Set clear objectives and deliver results to improve operational outcomes.
- Contribute to operational plans for long-term reliability and observability.
- Influence future products through monitoring and incident prevention strategies.
- Take ownership of complex technical challenges and drive them to resolution.
- 3+ years of hands-on programming experience with Java and scripting languages.
- Advanced troubleshooting for complex production issues in distributed environments.
- Strong experience with modern monitoring and observability tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
