Requirements:
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Basic Understanding of Agile Methodologies
- Experience with Support a complex vendor application
- 2 Years experience with writing Java Script
- 1 Years experience working with Java
- 1 Year Experience using source control tools such as Git or Gitlab
- Rally Support experience
- Familiar with Agile tools such as JIRA or Rally
- Basic understanding of AWS
Minimum
Skills:
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Basic Understanding of Agile Methodologies
- Worked in support role for any application
- 1 year with any Object Programming or Scripting language (Java, Python, Pearl e.t.c) and willingness to learn.
