Technical Business Analyst

Location:

TechM US Texas Plano (Inperson Interview is required)

Experience:

7-10 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide insights into business performance.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
  • Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end users on Power BI tools and reports.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements.

Mandatory

Skills:

  • Must have knowledge on REST APIs, postman, and have some technical knowledge to understand the dev changes needed.
  • Candidate should have the Java, microservices understanding and basic Java skill set QA Experience, Defect Analysis and checking logs.

Preferred

Skills:

  • Familiarity with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).
  • Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in Agile project management methodologies.
  • Understanding of industry specific regulations and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI PBA) are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
