Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Infrastructure Management Specialist with a strong background in Windows Administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role requires a proactive approach to problem solving and a commitment to delivering high quality support to our internal teams.

Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability and performanc - e.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Windows infrastructur
- e.Implement and manage security measures to protect the infrastructure from vulnerabilitie
- s.Collaborate with cross functional teams to support infrastructure related projects and initiative
- s.Document processes, procedures, and configurations for infrastructure managemen
- t.Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation for infrastructure need
- s.Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end user
- s.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to infrastructure managemen

- Strong knowledge and hands on experience in Windows Administrati

Proficiency in managing Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 201 - 9).Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS manageme
- nt.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper - V).Understanding of networking concepts and protoco
- ls.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effective - ly.
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azu
- re).Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Power Shell, Pyth
- on).Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery soluti
- ons.
Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent are a p - lus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related f
