* We are seeking a skilled Windows Endpoint Engineer with deep expertise in managing Windows environments using Workspace ONE. This role involves providing Tier 2/3 support for Windows 10/11 systems, both physical and virtual, and playing a key role in deploying and managing MDM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with Workspace ONE console operations and a strong understanding of endpoint security, compliance, and automation.

This role is located at a client site in Plano, TX. A hybrid working model is acceptable.

** Your future duties and responsibilities:*
* We are seeking a skilled Windows Endpoint Engineer with deep expertise in managing Windows environments using Workspace ONE. This role involves providing Tier 2/3 support for Windows 10/11 systems, both physical and virtual, and playing a key role in deploying and managing MDM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with Workspace ONE console operations and a strong understanding of endpoint security, compliance, and automation.

** Required qualifications to be successful in this role:*
* . 2+ years of experience in Windows desktop engineering or support

. Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 10/11 environments

. Hands on experience with Workspace ONE, including console operations (creating profiles, sensors, smart groups, baselines)

. Familiarity with endpoint management protocols: CSP, SyncML, WNS, OMA DM

.

Experience with Windows OS in place upgrades and Windows Update for Business

. Proficiency in Group Policy and CSP based configuration management

. Understanding of Windows Autopilot, Azure AD Join, and hybrid environments

. Basic scripting skills (preferably Power Shell) for automation and reporting

. Solid grasp of ITIL Foundation principles, including service lifecycle and continual improvement

. Strong analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities

. Excellent communication and documentation skills

. ITIL Foundation certification preferred

Education:

​​​Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.​

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $86,500.00 $.
