Interview Process:
Round 1:
Screening with Josh and Michelle (1 hour, informal)
Round 2:
Panel interview with senior designers (portfolio review and rubric-based evaluation)
Key Requirements:
Experience:
Strong background in complex systems (insurance or Fin Tech preferred)
Familiarity with design systems
Ability to work across multiple standalone and bundled products
Portfolio Expectations:
Clear navigation
Detailed case studies with rationale, problem-solving, and process
Demonstrates modern design sensibility
Shows application of research findings to design
Avoids outdated or overly simplistic presentations
Research:
Not a core responsibility, but evaluative usability testing is common
Experience working with research teams is a plus
Required Skills:
Figma UX Design Enterprise experience
