As the Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager, you will serve as a strategic delivery leader, partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure the cybersecurity product and project roadmap is in alignment with the enterprise business strategy. You will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of complex, high‑visibility projects spanning multiple functions and stakeholder groups.

You will own the day‑to‑day project delivery cadence — driving agile ceremonies, managing project budgets, mitigating risks, and providing stakeholder reporting. Additionally, you will contribute to strategic roadmap planning, coordinate with Release Management and Compliance teams, and collaborate with vendors and procurement to ensure contractual deliverables are met on time and within scope.

This role requires a strong agile delivery background, demonstrated leadership in cybersecurity or IT environments, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

These are accountabilities you are solely responsible for and will execute daily/weekly:

• Project Delivery & Agile Execution: Drive the daily project cadence including stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure the product backlog is continuously groomed, prioritized, and that delivery progress adheres to committed timelines and sprint goals. Manage multiple concurrent projects at various stages of the delivery lifecycle.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, document, assess, and manage project risks and issues using structured frameworks e.g., RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs. Implement corrective actions to mitigate risks, elevate appropriately, remove impediments, and maintain delivery performance on track.
• Budget Management: Manage project budgets across all cost categories (technology, labor, professional services, miscellaneous expenses). Monitor and report on actual spend versus planned spend; forecast variances and recommend corrective actions to maintain financial alignment.
• Project Monitoring & Status Reporting: Provide tiered reporting (executive, management, team‑level) on cybersecurity project delivery performance across key dimensions:
  Timeline, Budget, Scope, Quality, and Risks & Issues. Maintain dashboards and reporting cadences tailored to stakeholder needs.

• Strategic Planning & Roadmap Alignment: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the cybersecurity product and project roadmap in alignment with organizational goals. Ensure outcomes from quarterly planning sessions (e.g., Program Increment (PI) Planning, Big Room Planning) are translated into actionable delivery plans and managed according to strategic priorities.
