Machine Learning/ ML Engineer, AI Engineer (Applied/Software)
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer / Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and data science solutions that address complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in predictive modeling, deep learning, NLP, and large‑scale data analytics, along with hands‑on experience building end‑to‑end ML workflows and production‑ready analytical solutions. - Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and advanced analytics solutions for business use cases.
- Gather, analyze, and transform structured and unstructured data to support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Build and optimize predictive models using machine learning, deep learning, and statistical techniques.
- Develop sequence‑based models using RNNs, LSTMs, Transformers, and related architectures.
- Analyze high‑volume clickstream and session‑level data to derive actionable insights.
- Select appropriate modeling techniques based on data characteristics, business requirements, and performance objectives.
- Develop and maintain scalable ML workflows and model pipelines.
- Implement NLP and text analytics solutions using modern libraries and frameworks.
- Monitor, govern, and maintain machine learning models throughout their lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver analytical solutions.
- Write high‑quality, reusable, and well‑tested code following software engineering best practices.
- Build dashboards, visualizations, or GUI‑based interfaces as needed to support business users.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong programming experience in Python, R, and SQL.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms including:
- XGBoost
- Decision Trees
- Logistic Regression
- Bayesian Networks
- Clustering Algorithms
- Dimensionality Reduction Techniques
- Experience developing sequence models using RNNs, LSTMs, and Transformers.
- Hands‑on experience with Tensor Flow, Keras, and/or PyTorch.
- Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Text Analytics.
- Experience with NLP libraries such as NLTK and Spa Cy.
- Experience building and managing end‑to‑end ML workflows.
- Strong knowledge of Python data science libraries including:
- Num Py
- Sci Py
- Scikit‑learn
- Experience in model deployment, governance, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Data Science platforms such as Dataiku, H2O, Azure ML, or similar.
- Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Big Data technologies such as:
- Hadoop
- Hive/HQL
- HDFS
- Spark/Py Spark
- Kafka
- Experience with version control tools such as Git, Git Hub, Git Lab, SVN, or Mercurial.
- Experience building session‑level analytics and clickstream models.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Familiarity with MLOps and production‑grade machine learning deployments.
- Ability to design scalable, enterprise‑level AI and analytics solutions.

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based bonuses subject to company policies.
