Business Analyst L4

Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to liaison and bridge the gap between customers and the Wipro delivery team to comprehend and analyze customer requirements and articulate them appropriately to delivery teams, thereby ensuring the right solution is delivered to the customer.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the product team.
• Understand and communicate requirements effectively to product and delivery teams.
• Conduct research to increase work efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to write SQL queries and support application testing.
• Serve as a bridge between business and delivery teams to facilitate solutioning.

• 5+ years of work experience with Bank of America applications such as BOSS, IMPACS, FAST, INTERACT, Online Banking, TSY consumer card / small business cards.
• 5+ years of application testing and data conditioning experience.
• 3+ years of experience writing SQL queries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Enthusiasm to learn new topics.
• Business Analysis skills.
• Overall experience: 5-8 years.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000, depending on geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
