• Define and execute the enterprise technology vendor strategy, governance framework, and operating model.
• Lead strategic sourcing, RFPs, contract negotiations, and vendor lifecycle management.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships through KPIs, SLAs, financial oversight, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee vendor financial reporting, forecasting, dashboards, and performance analysis.
• Ensure third‑party risk, compliance, governance, and audit readiness across vendor engagements.
• Partner with Technology, Finance, Procurement, and business leaders to optimize cost, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Standardize vendor management processes, reporting, and automation to improve scalability and transparency.

• 5+ years of experience in technology vendor management, strategic sourcing, procurement, or contract management.
• Proven success negotiating complex technology contracts and managing enterprise vendor relationships.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting experience with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of vendor governance, third‑party risk, regulatory compliance, and audit practices.
• Experience developing KPIs, SLAs, and vendor performance frameworks.
