** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
** The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
* Roadmap Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Partners; as well as with external stakeholders, to develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for Trintech's product and go to market solutions providing an exceptional customer experience for our customers.
* Feature Definition and Prioritization:
Define detailed requirements for new features and enhancements based on market demands, competitive analysis, and strategic goals. Prioritize these features in alignment with company objectives. Work with Marketing to translate these features into external messaging that resonates with potential and current customers.
* Partnership Growth:
Foster a strong relationship with partners, industry, and field teams, leveraging the partnership to influence product direction, stay informed about upcoming changes, and collaborate on joint initiatives. This should result in a deepening partnership, a richer solution and also growth in customer adoption, customer experience / NPS and bookings.
* Innovation and Strategy:
Drive innovation in product offerings by proposing and championing new ideas that enhance Trintech’s accounting offering.
* Execution and Delivery:
Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of features and improvements. Provide guidance and clarification throughout the development process.
* Performance Monitoring:
Establish key metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of Trintech’s solution. Continuously monitor and analyze performance data to drive data-driven decisions. Ensure growth, retention and customer experience.
* Collaboration:
Lead cross-functionally with leaders within Sales, Services, Presales, SaaS Ops, Info Sec, Support, Product Marketing, Marketing, participating in the Go-To-Market (GTM) process.
** MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
*** Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent certification preferred.
* Passion for understanding customers, their problems and experiences.
* Ability to establish rapport, credibility and influence with people in all areas and levels of the organization. Able to create a vision and craft a compelling story.
* 5+ years of professional experience
* 3+ years of experience working for a SaaS software company as a product owner, analyst, or product manager.
* 5+ years of experience working in Accounting, Financial Services Reconciliations, or Retail Cash/Sales Audit preferred.
* Experience implementing, administering, or using technology like Trintech’s desirable preferred.
* Experience with common enterprise ERPs (SAP S/4
HANA, Oracle, Workday, etc.) preferred.
