Identity & Access Management; IAM Engineer

Overview

Toyota Financial Services (TFS) is the finance and insurance brand for Toyota and Lexus in North America. We are looking for an Identity and Access Management Engineer to join our Information Security team.

Applicants must have the right to work in the United States without requiring Toyota to provide visa or immigration sponsorship.

• Operate and support SailPoint Identity IQ/IdentitySC and Okta CIAM platforms.
• Collaborate with Governance, Incident Response, and Engineering teams.
• Ensure IAM solutions are designed and operated in alignment with governance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, and PCI‑DSS.
• Maintain continuous improvement by staying current with IAM trends and technologies to drive innovation.

• At least 2 years of IAM experience, with required expertise in SailPoint (IIQ/ISC) and Okta/Auth0 CIAM.
• Deep experience in Identity Governance, automated provisioning/de‑provisioning, and role‑based access.
• Hands‑on experience with Okta/Auth0 or Forge Rock, optimizing CIAM solutions for secure customer access.
• Experience with access protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and WebAuthN.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across IAM platforms.
• Knowledge of audit requirements including SOX, GDPR, PCI‑DSS.
• Experience with ITIL, Lean, and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Service Now).
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• IAM certifications (e.g., SailPoint BA, ISC2 SSCP, CISSP Associate).
• Experience integrating IAM with AWS or Azure.
