Agile Developer – IVIDTEK INC., Plano, TX Responsibilities

• Provide wide range of Agile coaching and operational support to one or more product domains or horizontal departments, each of which is a scaled team of teams.
• Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to group’s leadership, guiding teams on the Agile ways of working in day‑to‑day operations.
• Tailor coaching and guidance based on data and enterprise framework to meet customer’s unique needs.
• Provide Agile tools support, facilitate planning and other ceremonies, deliver documentation and training, enforce standards compliance, gather metrics, and assist leadership with reporting, risk and dependency management.

• Deep knowledge of various Agile frameworks/methods – Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience leading or coordinating complex technology delivery (software development preferred) across multiple teams using Agile methods.
• 7+ years coaching multiple technology teams through Agile transformation and maturation, including leveraging metrics and KPIs.
• Practical understanding of software development and CI/CD processes.
• Certified Scrum Master or similar certifications.
• Experience working in large enterprises with matrix structures and strong governance and compliance requirements.
• Concise and impactful communication skills with ability to adapt to different audience levels.
• Proven track record of influencing without clear authority, both up and down.
• Highly proficient with Jira and Confluence, as well as other common productivity tools.

• Experience in helping an organization scale up from simple Scrum teams to a scaled Agile framework like SAFe.
• Project or program management experience with stakeholders, budget and risk management responsibilities.
• Expertise in reporting tools like Power BI.
• Experience working in a product‑driven organization.
• SAFe certifications.
