The resource should understand how organizations govern AI responsibly, including usage expectations, risk considerations, data protection, and lifecycle controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and draft AI security and governance standards, including AI risk management frameworks, system governance, and third-party AI usage considerations.
  • Define standards covering model lifecycle governance, data handling in AI systems, and responsible, secure AI usage.
  • Gather existing materials from various sources to determine what should be retained, retired, or updated.
  • Standardize content into new templates and coordinate feedback with subject matter expert teams.

  • Exposure to third-party or vendor AI risk management.
  • Background in highly regulated industries.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
