* Banking and financial services experience is preferred
* Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution
* working knowledge in data migration and integration
* Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. functional lead, work-stream lead, etc)
Roles & Responsibilities
* Execute quick POC
* Write user stories aligning to product capabilities of Financial Service cloud and experience cloud
* Hands on work on the existing salesforce implementation
* Lead defining and practical business solutions based on technology implementing; experience leading executive discovery sessions
* Understand requirements (functional and technical) needed to address client needs
* Perform routine administration functions for
* Create documentation (e.g., training, communications, release notes, user stories, test scripts, process flows) associated with Saleforce projects
* Actively co-ordinate and participate in SIT and UAT
* Co-ordinate with business and IT stakeholders
* Onsite-offshore co-ordination
* Report regular progress on projects
* Testing and training strategies
Salary Range: $110,000 to $135,000 per year
