We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in Salesforce Administration to join our dynamic team in Ipswich. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms and be able to design and implement effective solutions that meet business needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between technical and business requirements, ensuring that our Salesforce solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Lead the development and deployment of Salesforce applications, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Provide expert guidance on Salesforce Administration, including user management, security settings, and data management.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions are functioning as intended.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features, recommending enhancements to improve system performance.
• Mentor and train team members on Salesforce best practices and administration.
• Work closely with cross functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.
• Document architectural designs, processes, and procedures for future reference.

Mandatory

Skills:

• Proven experience in Salesforce Administration, including configuration, customization, and user management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security features.
• Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in a variety of business contexts.
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Preferred

Skills:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Architect).
• Experience with Salesforce development tools (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).
• Knowledge of integration tools and techniques (e.g., APIs, middleware).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Experience in other CRM platforms or enterprise applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in IT, with a focus on solution architecture and Salesforce Administration.
• Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations and project delivery.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
