We are currently seeking a Systems Administration Specialist to join our team in New York, New York (US-NY), United States (US).

• 365 Collaboration
• Advanced Troubleshooting (L3 Escalations) - Resolve complex, escalated issues across Teams, Exchange Online, and mail flow
• Exchange Online & Mail Flow Expertise
  - Manage and troubleshoot transport rules, connectors, and message tracing
• Manage DNS related to email infrastructure.
• Microsoft Teams Administration
• Configure tenant‑level policies and settings
• Handle advanced Teams troubleshooting and provisioning
• Experience with Teams Rooms management
• Identity & Provisioning (Entra  / Azure AD) - Understanding provisioning and deprovisioning integration with collaboration technologies.
• Understanding Microsoft licensing integration with collaboration technologies.
• Scripting & Automation (Power Shell / Graph API) - Automate repetitive administrative tasks
• Monitoring, Logs & Diagnostics
• Process & Knowledge Management
  - Create and maintain SOPs and runbooks, Update knowledge base documentation
• Deep Microsoft 365 Platform Knowledge
• Strong understanding of Exchange Online, Teams, and One Drive/Share Point
• Understand dependencies across M365 workloads
